Courtney Walden

Guide

Courtney has worked in a variety of industries that have each revealed what her real interests and passions are. People development, employee engagement, and coaching new leaders are what fulfills her the most.

She started her career in the dance and choreography business where she taught and performed all over the world. There she learned how to develop a team, coach her performers individually, and how to run her own business. She later became apart of the team at Apple Retail and worked her way up to leadership. She managed large teams at multiple Apple store locations. Here she was certified in situational leadership, paired with FYI competencies. This helped employees to be the best version of themselves, leading to multiple promotions for her teams. As City Lead for WeWork, she opened multiple buildings in Los Angeles while being focused on employee development, hiring, sales, operations, and member satisfaction.

She was so inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit within WeWork that she started her own business, Walden Floral LA. It’s been a long dream of hers to pursue the floral design world, and with her experiences in the arts, working in a corporate environment and working for a successful start up company, she has taken all she’s learned to build her own company. She is humbled by the amount of leaders that have invested in her over the years, and grateful to be able to pay it forward.
